We're delighted to announce that your collective input has resulted in the first show to be picked up from the I’d Watch That platform: PJ Posner’s 'Metro.' Your reviews generated enough data to convince 3311 Productions to put the show into development.

PJ is now busy at work on a script for the pilot episode, funded by 3311, and produced by 3311’s Ross Jacobson, who as COO of Magical Elves was responsible for a number of TV shows including 'Top Chef' and 'Project Runway.'

The team here at IDWT has long believed that using viewer input to vet TV concepts is a better way to develop television, but it’s even better to have found people with real experience in the TV business — the folks at 3311 — putting their money where our mouth is and making our dream a reality. We are in various stages of negotiation for other shows and look forward to making more announcements in the months to come. Stay tuned, and keep voting…
